About me

I spent nearly three decades at Microsoft, where I led teams, built products, and eventually served as a Corporate Vice President. My work ranged from developing Outlook and launching Bing to leading AI efforts like Cortana, and later helping shape the company’s sustainability strategy.

Through it all, the part I loved most was coaching others—helping people grow, solve hard problems, and navigate meaningful transitions.

Now, as a certified coach (ICF and iPEC), I work directly with individuals and startups to support clarity, change, and growth. My approach is grounded in curiosity, honesty, and the belief that we don’t need all the answers—we just need the right questions.

I grew up in Massachusetts, studied Computer Science at Harvard, and have called Seattle home since 1993.
